Banquets & Funraising Events:

Joshua Spies Fine Art (JS) is committed to positively influencing our conservation and wildlife management world wide. We are dedicated to supporting chapter fundraisers and chapter banquets. Due to the numerous donation requests received annually, we have established the following guidelines to serve as a framework for fair and impartial distribution of items.

Please be sure to inform us if your event is for a non profit organization. We have programs available for different types of fundraisers. For conservation organizations such as DU, NWTF, RMEF, NRA...etc.. we have a special program - contact us for more information on this program.

All requests must be made in writing on organizational letterhead and mailed to:

All requests should be received four (4) weeks prior to the event date, no exceptions. Please refer to the Fundraising Contribution Request form for what to include in your formal request.

  • No requests received by fax will be accepted.
  • All organizations that receive a donation must return the JS Post-Auction Record Form. The organization holding the fundraiser is responsible for returning the form to JS upon completion of auction. Your organization will not be considered for future donations until we have received a copy of the complete Auction Record Form.
  • You may request certain prints/products to be donated however JS may deny certain requests due to availability.
  • Submitting a donation request does not guarantee a donation. Receipt of a donation does not guarantee future support for annual events.

In some cases, JS might ask for payment for shipping.
